We do not provide firewood; however, if you happen to find some at the property, you are welcome to use it.

Can i get an early check in?

We will do our best to accommodate an early check-in. I will check with my cleaners and get back to you.

Can I get a late check out?

We will do our best to accommodate your request. I will check with my cleaners and get back to you. Please be mindful that if a late checkout is not approved in writing, there will be a $200 fee if the premise is not vacated by the set time.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from downtown and the Kentucky River. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The house was plenty spacious for 12 people and 2 dogs during our 3 night stay! We had a hard time finding bedding for the pull out sofa but Melinda was very responsive and helpful. The outdoor space was private and relaxing. Thanks for hospitality Melinda!
